Join a dynamic team within Client Strategy & Experience (CS&E) as a Sales Manager with the responsibility to develop, drive and steer sales activities in close collaboration with the various stakeholders in the Bank – ultimately with the goal to support the Bank’s growth ambitions.Drive projects, initiatives and activities that address the Bank’s growth ambitions
Play an active role in establishing a global sales process and implementing globally applicable sales standards
Engage pro-actively with various stakeholders to define sales priorities supporting the RMs doing business
Ensure client-centric approach along the sales process
Align sales activities with targets for the front teams and drive implementation with trainings and front-oriented communication measures
Develop sales activities and identify sales opportunities with the help of data analytics
Conduct sales steering and provide transparency on sales performance and progress
Facilitate systematic sales planning and client reviews together with Regional Business Management, Front Team Heads and Specialists
Coordinate activities & initiatives with CS&E Business Managements and Front Management to align global and local initiatives
Manage ad-hoc tasks related to sales & client management
At least 5 years of experience in sales- and project management in the financial industry, preferably in a global bank
Good knowledge of the private banking industry and its services and products
Profound understanding of front perspective
Ability to develop and implement concepts related to target client offering and pricing
Ability to collaborate successfully with various internal and external stakeholders on all levels of the organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish strong relationships with stakeholders
Highly motivated, solution-oriented team player with can-do attitude contributing to a positive work environment
Proficient user in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint
Fluent in English and German (additional language of benefit)
Relevant higher educational and professional background
