Sales Manager Switzerland - Product Inspection
On behalf of our client, an international company within equipment manufacturing, Swisslinx is looking for a Sales Manager Switzerland â?? Product Inspection. In this role, you will lead a sales team, drive business growth in established customers, and collaborate closely with production and key decision-makers to expand market share, optimize customer engagement, and shape the organizationâ??s development.
Your mission:
â?¢ Be responsible for the management, promotion and further development of four employees in sales, office and field service.
â?¢ Report to the managing director and make a decisive contribution to the further development of the organization.
â?¢ Being in close contact with decision-makers on the customer side and recognize their needs and changes in the market and derive measures from them.
â?¢ Identify business opportunities, define growth goals and implement corresponding initiatives and measures to acquire new customers and further expand the market share among existing customers.
â?¢ Carry out regular reviews to check the effectiveness of the measures and initiate corrective measures where necessary.
â?¢ Support your team in the sales process, being responsible for your own sales area and support potential customers throughout the entire sales process.
â?¢ Work closely with our production organizations in Europe to ensure that projects are carried out efficiently.
Your profile:
â?¢ You have a degree in engineering/plant construction (university of applied sciences/university)(MANDATORY), ideally with further training in Business administration.
â?¢ Very good oral and written communication in German and English; French is an advantage (MANDATORY)
â?¢ Experience within the Food and Beverage industry, or with visual inspection systems.
â?¢ You are hungry to build a career within a large, international company.
â?¢ You have several years of professional experience in an international matrix-driven organization and in the sale of products and systems that require a lot of advice and explanation.
â?¢ You already have some management experience and leadership skills.
â?¢ You have experience in project management, preferably in the food industry.
â?¢ SAP knowledge and knowledge of software in production are a great advantage.
â?¢ You have a high degree of resilience, self-motivation and commitment to customers and employees.
â?¢ Willingness to travel around 50% in Switzerland.
