At swissQuant we offer a unique opportunity for a dynamic Sales professional ideally with work experience in a related field and proven track record in client identification and acquisition. Our Wealth Management division offers Private Banks, Independent Asset Managers, and Family offices all solutions as around Invest Advisory and Portfolio Management powered by best-in class risk and portfolio optimization engines.
As a Sales and Relationship Manager, you are instrumental in identifying new opportunities, understanding client’s needs and develop new business relationships. You ensure the interest of the client is at the core of all proposals, developments and solutions delivered by Swiss Quant. You have ownership for the overall Sales process from the identification of the opportunity to the closing of the deal.
Your financial incentive is directly linked to the revenues you generate.
You will
- Identify qualified leads
- Approach and meet new clients
- Build and manage relationship with C-Suite and Seniors at theclients
- Manage RfI/RfP processes for new requests in your region
- Collaborate with our Delivery and Technology teams to prepare adapted solutions
- Negotiate contracts
- Monitor Sales activities with Salesforce and use data to adjust client acquisition strategy
- Collaborate with Marketing and product development ensure swissQuant has the best client centric approach
You have
- Academic degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
- Experience in the financial markets industry and a knack for client acquisition is a plus
- Interest for fintech solution, financial products and wealth management offerings
- An established network to key decision makers is a strong plus (especially in markets such as UK, Nordics, Germany, Middle East)
