Risk Project Manager Life Insurance – Banking
On behalf of one of our clients, a leading Swiss private bank, Swisslinx is seeking a Project Manager to join the wealth planning team of the bank in Zurich. As a Project Manager you would be leading the establishment and implementation of a risk and governance framework for life insurance solutions for global clients.
This is a temporary position (100%), starting as soon as possible, and initially running until the end of the year.
Your responsibilities:
â?¢ Take a leading role in the development and implementation of a risk & governance framework for life insurance solutions for the banksâ?? international client base
â?¢ Ensure adherence to internal and external governance policies and regulatory requirements for respective products
â?¢ Define and set internal rules and controls for life insurance offerings incl. 3rd party portfolio authorization
â?¢ Integrate new risk and governance principals into existing frameworks within wealth planning
â?¢ Work alongside senior wealth planners, insurance specialists and front office staff, manage stakeholders and produce and present reports for senior management
â?¢ Streamline internal processes and evaluate new, efficient procedures
Your profile:
â?¢ Bachelorâ??s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management or related field
â?¢ Minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management, wealth planning or private banking (either banking or insurance) incl. prior experience in managing projects
â?¢ Demonstrated expertise in risk management and the development of governance frameworks with prior experience working with life insurance products & solutions
â?¢ Comprehensive understanding of current regulations in Switzerland and international markets, particularly Luxembourg and Asia (would be an asset)
â?¢ Fluency in English, German would be beneficial
â?¢ Proven ability to manage multiple projects and engage with senior stakeholders concurrently
â?¢ In-depth understanding of wealth planning offerings in private banking and associated regulatory requirements
