Release Train Manager vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Insurance sector.

Your tasks:

  • Managing the setup, configuration, and maintenance of development, testing, pre-production, and production environments to ensure stability and availability
  • Maintaining and overseeing the version control of all applications in the integrated landscape to ensure coordinated testing and releases
  • Ensuring that the datasets in each environment are appropriate for the activities in that environment
  • Driving the adoption of a SecDevOps culture within the team, focusing on security at every phase of development and operations
  • Acting as a liaison between Project Managers, Lead Developers, and Test Managers as well as making sure all teams align with project timelines and quality standards
  • Collaborating with multiple project teams to increase the adoption of test automation


Your experience/knowledge:

  • Demonstrated success as a Release Train Manager or in similar roles overseeing complex application environments
  • Extensive expertise and hands-on experience in managing cloud infrastructures
  • Ability to promote and implement SecDevOps practices across teams
  • Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken

  • Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical and non-technical content to all stakeholders
