Release Train Manager - RM Group AG
Release Train Manager vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Insurance sector.
Your tasks:
- Overseeing the setup, configuration, and maintenance of development, testing, pre-production, and production environments
- Developing and maintaining release trains for all applications within the program
- Driving the adoption of a SecDevOps culture within the team
- Acting as a liaison between Project Managers, Lead Developers, and Test Managers as well as ensuring all teams align with project timelines and quality standards
- Incorporating and enhancing test automation within the release trains
- Ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders
Your experience/knowledge:
- Demonstrated success as a Release Train Manager or in similar roles overseeing complex application environments
- Extensive expertise and hands-on experience in managing cloud infrastructures
- Ability to promote and implement SecDevOps practices across teams
- Certification in cloud platforms is preferred
- Language skills: English – fluent in written and spoken

- Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical and non-technical content to all stakeholders
