Regional Marketing Specialist (Contract)
The Regional Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of lead-generating online and offline marketing activities across the Southeast Asian region (Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia), with a major focus in the Vietnam market.
Based in Vietnam, the role will spend most of its efforts on local brand-building and lead-generation initiatives. Regional work with cross-border teams will take 30-40% of their time, and travelling is required to support in-person events in the region. In summary, the Regional Marketing Specialist will be responsible for offline events, including exhibitions, seminars, etc., for all countries in the region, and online marketing activities specifically for Vietnam.
The Regional Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Regional Marketing Manager and local teams of various depart-ments ranging from Sales, Applications and Service to create, execute and report tailored marketing campaigns.
In the online world, the Regional Marketing Specialist must be competent in digital platforms and know how to optimise campaigns for maximum returns. The role's main focus is to exploit current digital platforms, optimise their usage for con-version, and explore new ways to connect to prospects and customers.
For offline, the Regional Marketing Specialist will coordinate from start to finish the execution of in-person tradeshows and seminars – from liaising with external vendors and communicating with customers to aligning with internal colleagues.
Education
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing/Communication/Digital Marketing or a related discipline
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Working knowledge of digital marketing – social media, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads
- Experience in marketing automation (Marketo / Eloqua)
- Experience in media metrics, planning, creating and creative content development skills
Other skills
- Working proficiency in English to communicate effectively with regional teams
- Confident and meticulous with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
- Proactive, passionate, self-driven team player with good execution skills who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Analytical with a willingness to share ideas and points of improvement
- Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with a Content Management System preferred (Adobe Experience Manager)
