Quality Control Analyst for CSL Behring in Bern
Tasks:
- Responsible for the management and delivery of small projects and project deliverables.
- Development, optimization, and/or validation of methods specific to biochemistry.
- Responsible for the development of experimental plans, including estimating materials, resources, and times required for identified work.
- Execute appropriate testing and experimental plans as required.
- Author, review, and update protocols, reports, test procedures, and associated documentation in the performance of experimental studies.
- Contribute to the subject matter expertise during the investigation of deviations, atypical results, and method performance issues.
- Active participation in project meetings and regulatory submissions as required.
- Ensure timely communication and completion of deliverables, while working in accordance with cGMP and data integrity principles.
Qualification:
- Master's Degree in Biological Science or other appropriate technical field. Doctoral degree is preferred or the equivalent industry experience (3+ years)
- At least 1 years’ experience in method development/validation for assessment of biological pharmaceutical products, or equivalent post-graduate experience
- Experience in cGMP Quality Control is a plus
- Strong experience in immunoassays, cell-based assays and electrophoretic techniques
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of English and German
- Ability to operate independently and as part of a team.
