About the Company:
Our client is a leading software company renowned for its innovative solutions and cutting-edge technology. They are passionate about pushing the boundaries of what’s possible and are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Project Management: Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of software projects, overseeing all phases from initial planning through to delivery and post-launch support.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and guide cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Ensure effective communication and alignment among all team members, including developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders.
- Versatility in Project Handling: Skillfully juggle multiple projects at various stages of development simultaneously, ensuring efficient and effective progress.
- Production Planning & Resource Allocation: Create comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, resource needs, and deliverables. Allocate resources strategically to balance workloads and meet deadlines across multiple projects.
- Budget Control: Manage and monitor project budgets, ensuring all projects are delivered within financial constraints. Provide accurate financial forecasting and reporting.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, offering regular updates on project statuses, risks, and achievements. Ensure stakeholder expectations are consistently managed and met.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks proactively and implement effective mitigation strategies. Resolve issues swiftly to keep projects on track.
- Tool Utilization: Use project management tools such as Jira and Confluence to track progress, manage documentation, and facilitate seamless team collaboration.
- Continuous Improvement: Advocate for best practices in project management and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management, with a focus on software development.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a variety of projects concurrently, maintaining high standards and meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to shifting priorities.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Language: Fluent in German (C1 level required).
Location & Eligibility:
Candidates must be currently residing in Germany and have the legal right to work in the EU. Due to working regulations, we are unable to consider relocators or profiles outside the EU.
