IT Project Manager Regulatory

IT Project Manager Regulatory Project vacancy for our Solothurn based client in the Energy sector.

Your tasks:

  • Planning and managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and in scope
  • Motivating the team and creating a positive project atmosphere to achieve deliverables
  • Developing and managing project communications plans and reporting on project success criteria
  • Engaging and managing stakeholders, providing status reports to sponsors, steering committees, and stakeholders
  • Handling project changes, risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
  • Ensuring project compliance with standards and processes, and contribute to the PM Community's guidelines, standards, KPIs, and processes


Your experience/knowledge:

  • 8+ years of IT project management experience with a proven track record in leading IT project delivery teams
  • Strong experience with multi-system changes and collaboration across many teams, including non-IT
  • Experience in the energy and/or trading industry, asset onboarding, flexibility strategies, and asset management is a plus
  • Certification in Project management certification such as PMP, Scrum Master and strong knowledge of agile methodologies and tools
  • Degree in Engineering or information technology, or equivalent practical experience
  • Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken, additional proficiency in German and/or French is a strong advantage
