Project Manager vacancy requiring profound process optimization and digital transformation knowledge for our Zurich based client in the civil aviation sector.
Your tasks:
- Maintaining project documentation, including charters, plans, work packages, and benefits review
- Preparing and distributing reports, such as gate approval documents, updates, and financial forecasts
- Scheduling and coordinating gate reviews with IT PMO managers and securing necessary approvals
- Defining work breakdown structures, assigning work packages, and aligning with project goals
- Organizing and facilitating governance forums, including team meetings, steering committees, and stand-ups
- Monitoring project progress, implementing controls, managing risks, and maintaining key project logs and financial records
Your experience/knowledge:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in leading process optimization and digital transformation projects, overseeing both business and IT deliverables
- Expertise in working on enterprise-level projects with a high degree of system integration
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of effectively managing challenging or misaligned stakeholders
- Experience engaging with C-level executives while collaborating on detailed work with team members
- Background in MRO or related industries is highly desirable
- Language skills: English – fluent, German would be advantageous
