In Business Unit Installation, project managers serve as the key driver behind transforming raw ideas into tangible innovations. Your mission is to skilfully orchestrate the combination of knowledge, people, and resources, ultimately creating modular support solutions that will make construction better.
What does the role involve?
You will pioneer change as our industry becomes digitalized, safer and to be more sustainable for our planet.
As a Project Manager you’ll shaping our modular support platform and the core applications we build, leveraging advanced digital design optimization and BIM (Building Information Modelling) integration to create cutting-edge products. Work with and steer global teams to shape industry standards and empower customers to build a greener, more efficient future and get see the impact of your work in global projects from Datacentres in the US to Electric Vehicle Battery plants in Europe.
What you need is:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering required, preferably mechanical or civil engineering with good business acumen
- Proven track record in new product development projects from inception through to sales, preferably as project manager
- Ability to inspire interdisciplinary teams.
- High commitment, self-responsibility, and customer orientation
- Fluency in spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; proven ability to communicate complex situations in an easy-to-understand manner.
