The Opportunity
Leading the process/machine technology and -automation in CAPEX projects by acting as (sub-)project lead for the area of manufacturing engineering in a GMP environment
Leading external workforces for planning, construction, commissioning, qualification & validation within CAPEX projects
Ensuring engineering quality by selecting appropriate suppliers, managing procurement and performing claim management
Ensuring quality, costs and timelines: develop detailed project plans, manage timelines and ensure project milestones are met
Translation of user requirements into technical solutions
Implementation of change management where necessary
Oversee the integration and communication between machine automation, PCS and MES
Who you are:
Completed Technical studies (Bachelor required, Master preferred) in the field of engineering, preferably mechanical engineering and/or automation technologies
Min. 5 years of proven experience in project engineering, preferably within the manufacturing sector
Proficiency in machine automation, PCS, MES, and IT infrastructure
Strong understanding of interface management
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
Knowledge of cGMPs, GAMP or equivalent regulations. Experience working in a regulated environment, knowledge of cGMPs, and a strong understanding of the regulatory requirements specific to aseptic processing
Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements and standards in practice
Fluent in German and English is required
