A successfull Swiss private bank with years of experience providing wealth management services is searching for a Senior Project Manager for Life Insurance Risk & Governance
Job description
- Developing project management processes while also ensuring adherence to defined standards
- Establishing proper end to end processes for life insurance related projects
- Take a leading role in the development and implementation of a risk & governance framework for life insurance solutions for the banks' international client base
- Streamline internal processes and evaluate new, efficient procedures
- Analyze and improve existing risk management and governance processes
- Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives
- Overseeing the project progress including budgets, risks, and resource allocation
- Ensure adherence to internal and external governance policies and regulatory requirements
- Cooperating with different stakeholders to align business goals with technological opportunities
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, preferably within the wealth management, ideally with an exposure to life insurance business in private banking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective (senior) stakeholder engagement
- Solid knowledge of current regulations in Switzerland and international markets, particularly Luxembourg and Asia
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and senior stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong understanding of the wealth planning offering in private banking and related regulatory requirements
- Proven experience in risk management and developing governance frameworks
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address issues
- Ability to drive the work packages independently
- German and English fluently (written and spoken)
