Tasks:
- Lead and execute medium-sized customer projects and internal projects, ensuring compliance
- Project planning and technical detailing of gas-insulated switchgear, including preparation of all necessary documents for orders, fabrication, assembly, and customers.
- Discuss and align technical solutions with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage all technical communication channels, both internally and externally.
- Oversee project execution and material procurement, including necessary configuration.
- Take responsibility for project costs, deadlines, and scope of delivery.
- Develop solutions for quality cases and improve processes.
- Provide technical support for the project until on-site assembly is completed.
Requirements:
- University degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD systems, particularly in 3D and 2D AutoCAD.
- Independent, structured, and autonomous working style.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills for technical discussions with customers.
- Good command of written and spoken English; German is beneficial.
- Certified Project Manager or PMP® certification from the Project Management Institute, or IPMA Level C/D certification.
- Minimum of three years of experience managing projects of varying sizes and complexities.
