Project Manager (Pharma, Agile, PSM) - Contract or Permanent Position

We are urgently seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry to join our client’s team in Czechia This role offers a unique opportunity to lead complex programs within a dynamic and innovative environment. The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of project management experience, a strong background in Agile methodologies, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.

This role is open to both contract and permanent placements, allowing you to choose the path that best suits your career goals.

• Lead and manage complex programs within the pharmaceutical sector, ensuring successful delivery against project goals and timelines.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to drive project efficiency and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership to align project objectives and deliverables.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings, providing clear communication and direction to team members and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Report on project progress, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies, including certifications such as Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or equivalent.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to Czech & EU for workshops twice a month.
