We are seeking an experienced PMO Onshore Lead to oversee and optimize our project management operations in Zurich. This role requires physical presence in Switzerland and cannot be performed remotely or from abroad. We are looking for someone with strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Swiss business practices and regulations. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of international experience to strengthen our local Swiss operations.
The candidate will have a proven track record in global project management, with the ability to apply this experience to the unique Swiss business environment. They will be responsible for elevating our PMO practices in Switzerland, driving innovation, and ensuring seamless project delivery across our Swiss client base.

Who you are
- 10+ years of experience in project/program management, with at least 5 years in a senior PMO role
- Demonstrated experience in Swiss or European business environments
- Deep understanding of Swiss business practices, regulations and cultural challenges
- Business fluent in English along with working knowledge of German
- Advanced certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, and Agile/Scrum Master
- Proven track record of implementing PMO best practices and driving organizational change
- Experience in multiple industries, with a focus on financial services, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop local talent
- Proven experience on Agile PMO tools, like JIRA, Confluence
- New IT enabled with GenAI experience, who can help us grow our community with future GenAI experts
- Knowledge and experience on Sustainability topics and how to integrate this into client environment is a plus
- Experience in automated Power BI & Excel based financial dashboard creation for multimillion programs
- Deep knowledge of Swiss banking tools and landscapes
