Our client
Hemotune AG is a Swiss medical technology start-up company that emerged from ETH Zurich. The goal is to develop a life-saving, groundbreaking medical product for targeted blood purification. The company, based in Schlieren / ZH, is currently in the preclinical development phase. It is also working on expanding the field of application to new indications. Your responsibilities
- Project management of the feasibility studies with responsibility for costs, milestones and regulatory requirements
- Creating the concept and setting up the in-vivo feasibility studies for the area of gene therapies
- Designing the necessary experiments for data collection and presenting the data and project progress to internal and external stakeholders
- Coordination of the internal development and production of the hemosorbents
- Project management for the hardware and software development of a prototype for the in-vivo studies
- Coordination of CRO for the cost-efficient and timely implementation of the studies
- Ensuring comprehensive documentation of all development steps
Your profile
- Completed studies (Master/PhD) in virology, immunology or equivalent, ideally with experience in the field of AAV / gene therapies
- At least 5 years of industry experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- Very good project management skills and experience in managing in-vivo studies in collaboration with CROs
- Very good communication and presentation skills, organized and structured way of working
- Ability to work cross-functionally and interact with internal and external stakeholders, preferably with experience in/with larger pharmaceutical companies
- Business fluent in English, knowledge of German is an advantage
