Operational responsibilities include covering breaks, operating production machinery, assembling product and pallet release duties.
Conducting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and refurbish offline machinery.
Attending to electro-mechanical faults, diagnosing and repairing .
Ensuring all manufacturing equipment is set up and produces product according to standards.
Monitoring in-process quality, addressing issues as needed to prevent product holds.
Ensuring the minimisation of downtime within planned costs for repair and spares.
Qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering (e.g: C&G, HND) or a time served apprenticeship.
Experience in a high volume, highly automated manufacturing environment.
Experience in maintenance and fault finding.
Excellent communication skills.
Team player who is passionate about healthcare.
