Production Specialist
**For consideration, applicants must live/ relocate to the state of Massachusetts prior to their start date
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage production responsibilities for a portfolio of tour codes – this includes responsibility for all meals, local guides, and activities within the portfolio
- Ability to maintain positive, loyal supplier relationships while also negotiating the best rates
- Monitor quality trends and look for areas to improve our tour experience and tour flow
- Collaborate with Market Development teams on new tour development, tour changes, and overall North American product strategy
- Communicate with tour directors prior to departure to help ensure their success
- 1-2 years’ professional experience
- Ability to prioritize numerous projects simultaneously
- Self-starter who can take ownership and adapt quickly to project needs
- Detail-oriented and hard-working
- Dedicated to quality and the customer experience
- Positive presence with the ability to communicate with a wide variety of coworker roles and personalities
- Interest in travel and passion for discovering new experiences for our customers
- Analytical and creative problem solver who can calmly work through emergency and escalated situations
