Business Analyst – Project Manager – Trading vacancy for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.
Your tasks:
- Leading project responsibilities in trade booking, position management, market making, and risk management
- Establishing roadmaps and overseeing the implementation of changes
- Conducting interface analysis and collaborating on specifications with IT stakeholders
- Writing user stories in coordination with product owners, management, and business stakeholders
- Planning the execution of stories and tasks, and tracking their progress
- Leading change management, altering setups and user interfaces, by managing relevant stakeholders
Your experience/knowledge:
- 8+ years of work experience in the trading area as project/process manager or product owner/manager
- In-depth knowledge in trading asset classes like Equities, Derivatives, Fixed Income, FX Cash & Derivatives, and Structured Products
- Proven experience in implementing new trading systems and managing backlogs
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro
- University degree in finance, economics, or a related field
- Language skills: English and German – fluent in written and spoken

- Strong team player with close cross-team engagement and collaboration in an international environment
