Product Owner Finance & Controlling

Take a key role in developing and improving continuously the Finance and Controlling function in the global business context of Bhler.
For this we are seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive the development and operationalization of the Finance and Controlling business processes and solutions.
We are building our solution based on SAP S/4 HANA and harvesting the fruits through new functionalities. In your role you are acting as an integrator between the Finance and Controlling function and the agile development team.
Are you an experienced Product Owner and eager to drive the Finance and Controlling function further towards excellence?
- You are responsible to develop with your agile team the global solution for the streams "Record to Report" and "Business Finance".
- In a scaled agile setup, together with your agile team you ensure continuous value delivery alongside the overall vision and roadmap.
- You collaborate closely with stakeholders within the Bhler organization, customers, and Product Owners from other agile teams to understand and refine requirements and to support the Agileteam elaborating value adding solutions.
- You own and manage the feature backlog, define user stories, and manage dependencies to other DevOps teams.
- You consult Bhler business partners in how to create valuable products and services based on the capabilities you and your team provide.
- Completed computer science studies orBusiness Administration or similar (university, FH. HF).
- Several years of professional experience as a product owner. Experience with SAP FI/CO.
- Profound background in the application of agile methods, the Scrum framework and managing backlogs and requirements. Experience with the SAFe framework is a plus.
- Strong affinity for business processes and user experience.
- Focus on built-in quality and experience with continuous delivery.
- You have some year experience in controlling/finance/audit
- Fluent in English and German.
- Very good communication skills and ability to mobilize people without direct authority.
