Your tasks:
Design top-notch UIs for our products
Ideate, test, and iterate on solutions to ensure user-centered designs
Analyze user behavior using digital analytics tools to optimize their experience
Conduct user studies, testing, and analysis to inform design decisions
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing teams to deliver key product experiences while improving existing ones
Mentor junior designers and contribute to refining internal design processes
Your profile:
3 to 5 years of experience in UX/UI Product Design – experience with building & managing design systems in Figma
Fluent in English, and proficient in French or German
Very strong wireframing and prototyping skills (proficiency with Figma or similar tools)
Ability to visualize ideas through mock-ups, sketches, or prototypes
Ownership of design processes and self-directed work within product teams
Detail-oriented and a critical thinker with a balance between UX and UI design
Experience planning and facilitating workshops with both internal teams and clients
Bonus points
Experience working remotely in distributed teams
Knowledge of frontend development (HTML, CSS) or basic programming
Previous experience in real estate or fintech industries
