In collaboration with our client, we are searching for a German-speaking Procurement Manager Marketing Services

to be based in Zurich.

As a Marketing Sourcing expert, you will operate in a senior capacity, managing related services and contracts to deliver cost reduction programs across a wide region. You will take a consultative approach to provide solutions both internally and externally.

Your key responsibilities as the Procurement Manager Marketing Services will include:

For this Procurement Manager Marketing Services role, we are looking for high-calibre candidates with the following skill sets:

• Provide best-in-class solutions within the Sourcing area for Marketing Services, Advertising and Media
• Operate in a consultative manner, working specifically with external customers and suppliers to understand their needs and adapt accordingly to varying requests and demands
• Being a key stakeholder support in the sourcing lifecycle - including driving sourcing, RFI, RFP, evaluation, drafting, contracting, onboarding, negotiations, supplier management, etc.
• Review, negotiation, and execution of contracts with vendors for MarCom services and contracts, including Advertising, Creative Content and Media related
• Display strong Sourcing/Procurement knowledge to be able to guide, advise and consultant with clients and ultimately solve their needs in the Marketing spend area
• Display commercial awareness and business acumen to contribute to the growth of the business and the services provided
• Bachelor's and/or master's degree - a focus on Marketing would be a plus
• Ideally, 8+ years’ experience in managing/strategic procurement of MarCom services, and expertise with local and international Marketing agencies would be an advantage
• A track record in operating within a Consultative or Account Management role
• Ability to utilize procurement and financial data to understand spending trends and to leverage information to identify procurement insights that result in process efficiencies and cost savings
• Strong influencer who has the readiness to identify cost reduction opportunities
• Fluent in both German and English
