Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Supports the coordination and tracking of multiple negotiations in parallel to ensure supply agreements are reached in a timely manner and provides regular and clear status updates
- Assists in the development and preparation of requests for proposals (RFPs) and draft contracts
- Analyses vendor pricing and other terms to ensure cost competitiveness for goods and services via telephone, email, quotation, bid, and/or request for proposal (RFP) process.
- Receives, opens and tabulates vendor bid data for evaluation.
- Engages with internal stakeholders and suppliers to clarify supplier proposals, so clear supplier feedback can be provided
- Reviews and analyses data within all received RFPs and prepares negotiation material
- Actively communicates and corresponds with internal and external customers regarding opportunities and challenges.
- Performs related work as required.
- Under general direction, conducts the preparation and analysis of multiple supplier bids to reach competitive pricing and commercial agreements. Supports the negotiation process by preparing fact based negotiation presentations.
Ihr Profil:
- BS Field of Study Data science, Life Sciences or Engineering
- BS or MSC Field of Study Supply Chain Management or Business Management

- Knowledge of purchasing and tendering and negotiation principles
- Ability to analyse and interpret data, and prepare concise reports
- Competent using MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
