Main Responsibilities

• Initiate and coordinate change controls related to material management
  Independent NC, CAPA ownership and management with reference to material management
• Establish effective communication with internal stakeholders in English and German to identify and proactively support continuous improvements in relation to the design and sustainability of material management processes
• Proactive collaboration to departmental projects related to material management
• Support the Compliance Team Leader with Team KPI-reporting activities
• Compliance with GMP, EHS and SOX specifications and guidelines associated with the respective function
• Adherence to safety, accident prevention and hygiene regulations.
• Special & additional tasks as instructed by the supervisor

Who we are looking for

• University degree in Supply Chain Management or related fields focusing material management , preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Perfect communication and negotiation skills in English and German
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Supply Chain Manager or Process Specialist working in material management projects, in a regulated industry
• Working experience with TrackWise, Comet and TruVault is essential
• Several years of experience in Pharmaceutical or related Industry in the GMP environment
• Knowledge of SAP PP/MM
