At Jet Aviation Basel, our Process Control Inspectors are vital in verifying that each component meets the rigorous standards that define excellence in aviation. This role is ideal for those who value precision, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are passionate about achieving flawless quality. Inspection and Compliance: Perform thorough product inspections to ensure each part or assemblies meets engineering standards, ready for seamless installation or delivery to manufacturing, and carry out cosmetic inspections at each manufacturing quality gates.
Non-Conformity Management: participate to production non-conformity review board and drive impactful solutions by supporting the production team in defining and implementing corrective actions.
Documentation and Process Support: Ensure regulatory compliance by managing precise production records, issuing statements of conformity, and collaborating with teams to uphold quality standards across materials and processes.
Supplier and Subcontractor Coordination: Provide quality across the supply chain by conducting initial inspections at supplier sites, overseeing in-house inspections of subcontracted work, and supporting inspections of incoming outsourced parts when required.

- 3+ years in a production role, ideally within aviation.
- Proficient in interpreting 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings.
- Solid understanding of EASA Part 21G regulations and aviation quality standards.
- Knowledge of aviation documentation (AMM, SRM, IPC) and JBSL processes and engineering drawings.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, with ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills and demonstrating professionalism.
