Technology & Operations design and integrate software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group’s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.
We are looking for a Private Assets Operations Specialist to join our Funds and Private Assets Services unit. Our department belongs to the Bank’s Technology & Operations division, which provides a broad range of custodian and fund administration services. Based in Geneva, you will be joining a dynamic team that plays a central role in supporting the strategic growth of our Private Assets offering.
- Executing subscription and transfer orders for private equity funds and private placements.
- Booking transactions after confirmation.
- Operating the organized trading facility of private assets funds interests.
- Resolving issues arising from position reconciliation and clients’ guarantees.
- Coordinating the receipt of distributions in kind.
- Preparing customized transaction advices.
- Managing risks associated with private assets operations.
- University degree (Bachelor’s or Master's) in Business and/or Economics, or the equivalent in work experience in the finance industry.
- 1 to 5 years’ experience in private assets operations is a plus.
- Good user of Excel and generally at ease with new IT systems.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Rigorous, team player and sense of responsibility.
- Solution-oriented and ability to manage complex cases.
- Fluent in French and English with excellent communication skills.
- Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
