Principal in Life Science strategy consulting
On behalf of our client, a boutique strategy consultancy in the Luzern area working in the life sciences, Swisslinx is looking for a Principal. If this is you, you will be a senior leader within the company, and work closely with other principals and partners to guide its future.
Contract type: Permanent
Start Date: Summer â?? Autumn 2024
Location: Luzern
Workload: 100%
Work type: hybrid, 2-3 days per week on site
Your mission:
â?¢ Develop business by identifying and developing new client relationships, and extending existing ones.
â?¢ Lead large, complex client projects in the life sciences, mainly in market access but also in other commercial functions.
â?¢ Ensure recommendations to clients are high value, credible, and actionable.
â?¢ Take a leading role in developing and mentoring more junior team members.
Your background:
â?¢ 9+ years of experience working in strategy in the life science sector, most recently as a consultant.
â?¢ Expertise in market access projects.
â?¢ Fluent English language ability.
â?¢ Masterâ??s degree or Ph.D. in the Life Sciences.
â?¢ A history of successful business development within Switzerland.
