Our rapidly expanding international company, based in the heart of Zug, is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transfer Pricing Specialist to join their dynamic team.

We are looking to fill this position swiftly, and encourage qualified individuals to apply. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in ensuring our group's compliance with international transfer pricing regulations.

In this role your main tasks are as follows:

  • Analyze and review intercompany transactions to ensure alignment with transfer pricing policies
  • Provide expert guidance and support to internal stakeholders on the application of transfer pricing policies
  • Collaborate with external advisors to prepare and submit comprehensive transfer pricing documentation in accordance with local and global regulatory standards
  • Conduct thorough reviews of transfer pricing calculations for accuracy and compliance
  • Proactively monitor global transfer pricing regulations and industry best practices, ensuring the group remains at the forefront of compliance
  • Assist in managing transfer pricing audits and dispute resolutions, representing the company's interests effectively
  • Collaborate with tax, legal, finance, and operations teams to align transfer pricing strategies with broader business objectives
Functie-eisen
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience in transfer pricing, tax, or a closely related field within a multinational corporation or consultancy firm
  • Comprehensive knowledge of OECD guidelines and BEPS (Base Erosion and Profit Shifting) initiatives is essential
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills for complex data analysis
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering accurate results
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory
