- Support Coordination: Work closely with support teams to understand user-reported issues and replicate them in a testing environment
- Internal Documentation: Document test cases, test results, and any defects found during testing
- Quality Feedback: Provide feedback to development teams based on testing outcomes and user-reported issues
- Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements to testing processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Coordinate Resolutions: Work with various teams to develop and implement solutions to problems
This is you
- Prominent knowledge of Geospatial Surveying tools and techniques; including real world experience
- Extensive background in providing Technical Support services
- History of technical writings skills. Documentation, Tutorials, Blogs etc
- Ability to read and interpret test cases and find coverage gaps
- Troubleshooting complicated real world reality capture cases
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex software systems and identify potential issues
- Communication: Strong communication skills to liaise between development, testing, and support teams
- Problem-Solving: Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving software issues
- Understanding of software development and testing methodologies
- ITIL Knowledge: Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
- Patient, empathetic, and client-centric, understanding their needs fully and striving to address them
