Personal Assistant/Interpreter

Job description:

  • Oral interpretation
  • Translation of various documents
  • Preparation of presentations
  • Coordination of travel management
  • Taking care of various orders
  • Preparation and coordination of meetings and events
  • Support with administrative matters
  • Extensive travel needed (75% of time outside of Switzerland)

The specific competencies we require for this position are:

  • Fluency in Russian, English and German any additional language is a plus
  • Ability of oral interpretation from English/German to Russian and vice versa
  • Experience in working as Personal Assistant with close collaboration with senior executives / CEO
  • University degree or specific higher education
  • Used to a dynamic and international environment
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Availability for extensive traveling
  • Positive person with flexibility to support at any level (administration, operation)
  • Autonomous, pro-active, efficient and punctual
  • Well organised with a high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent communicator and with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to cope with pressure and with a significant workload
  • Ability to stay calm and composed in challenging situations
