HR Payroll Specialist
HR Payroll Specialist vacancy for our Zurich based client in the telecommunication sector.
Your tasks:
- Processing monthly payroll, including payments, bookings, and social insurance declarations
- Handling withholding tax statements
- Examining entitlement to family allowances and differential payments
- Providing information to employees on salary and social security issues
- Coordinating salary entries and provisions with the finance department
- Preparing various evaluations and statistics
Your experience/knowledge:
- Completed basic commercial training or an equivalent qualification
- Additional training in human resources, payroll, or social insurance
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in SAP and Excel
- Knowledge in HR controlling and financial management is an advantage
- Language skills: German - fluent in written and spoken, good knowledge of English or French
