Part-time Accountant
On behalf of one of our clients, an International Commodity Trading Boutique, Swisslinx is searching for an Accountant (40-60%) to join their team based in Zug. As part of a small, international team you would be responsible for all accounting operations for the Swiss entity in close collaboration with the CFO.
Your Mission:
â?¢ Provide support with daily accounting tasks
â?¢ Take ownership of bookkeeping, accounts payable & receivable as well as payroll
â?¢ Keep track of daily payments and provide support for their execution
â?¢ Supervise the general reporting activities
â?¢ Manage payments to banks and provide the supporting documentation
â?¢ Manage office operations
Your Profile:
â?¢ Minimum 4 years of experience in an accounting role
â?¢ Familiarity with bookkeeping, AP/AR, and Swiss GAAP
â?¢ Experience with tax reporting and payroll is considered an advantage
â?¢ Prior experience with BEXIO would be an asset
â?¢ Proficient in German and English
