Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:

Data-guided Media Planning:

• Partner with markets to ensure annual media plan follows media review and MMM learnings.

• Collaborate with markets and ensure campaign planning follows best practices i.e. in sufficiency, audience, creative, bidding, etc.

• Standardize custom audiences (creation, storage, integration & activation) and fully leverage 0PD/1PD/2PD.

Media Reporting & Analysis:

• Standardize, automate and evolve paid media reporting.

• Conduct media analysis and make actionable recommendation customized for markets.

• Run test/learn and document best practices/principles.

• Evolve ad tech and conduce ad account governance.

Media Partnerships:

• Leverage global JBPs to get value-added service, insights from key partners.

• Conduct platform masterclass.

• Evolve brilliant basics guidelines.

• Conduct full funnel product mapping and measurement. Conduct alphas and beta tests.

Marketing Measurement:

• Supervise end to end Markeing Mix Modeling (MMM) projects, including right-sizing, data collection, model review, presentation with insightful findings and recommendations to markets.

• Conduct brilliant basics deep dive in MMM for better media planning. Streamline data collection, automation of media data feed.

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer specific business questions related to marketing operations (paid, owned, earned, shared, and sampling etc.).

• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing measurement trends, vendor capabilities, and evolve our marketing measurement efforts to stay relevant and accurate

In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

BACKGROUND/EDUCATION:

• 7-10 years of experience in paid media across various markets, with priorities in Australia, Korea, Indonesia, Brazil.

• At least 5-7 years of experience working in data analytics and marketing measurement (i.e. marketing mix modeling, marketing attribution modeling).

• A proven track record of success in paid media planning and buying. Deep understanding of key platforms, trends, and best practices (YouTube, Meta, TikTok).

• Bachelor’s Degree required; graduate degree preferred.

SKILLS:

• Strategic thought leadership: able to translate business and brand objectives to paid media priorities and outcomes.

• Goal-oriented: able to define stretching goals, challenge the status quo, build talent and capability, and be highly accountable for outcomes.

• Marketing Measurement: Understand various regression modeling, able to integrate data into actionable business insights, enable strategic budget allocation across marketing tactics and data-driven media operation.

• Strong analytical skills: Ability to assess, interpret, translate, and integrate learning from multiple sources to influence organizational decisions and strategies. Rich experience in setting up and operating dashboards, and generate insights/recommendations from end to end.

• Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment.

• External focus: able to work with external platforms, agencies, find the right resources/capabilities to deliver business goals.

• Experience with media reporting and tracking tools.

• Experience running test/learn experiments and documenting best practices/principles.
