EF is currently offering a multitude of co-ops across our travel, language, and education businesses in sales, customer service, operations, finance, and marketing.

Pay Rate: $19-20/hr

EF International Summer Schools
Team Description:
The EF International Summer Schools team is responsible for the planning and execution of our language pop-up school programs in Florida, New York, Pasadena, and Niagara (Canada). We are a small but mighty team tasked with welcoming over 3,000 international students to North America each summer.
The Role:
EF International Summer Schools (ISS) is seeking a friendly, energetic, and organized, part-time, Operations Co-Op for the Spring & Summer (January – August 2025). In this role, you will play an integral role in supporting our ISS North American Operations team. You will have the opportunity to assist in several Operational areas including analyzing business data to help build finance projections and models for budgeting purposes as well as participate in the hiring of ISS summer staff. This will include screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and sending all follow-up communication to potential hires. You will also be responsible for creating and updating all Staff Handbooks and be the main point-of-contact for all new hires prior to their program start. You will have the opportunity to develop practical skills, learn professional norms, and gain exposure to an Operational team with a broad scope of management responsibilities.

- An analytical mind and comfortable with numbers and projections.
- International travel experience preferred; foreign language abilities not required but a big plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Video Software)
- Ability to travel to school destinations as needed.
