Project: For our client, a large pharmaceutical company in Basel, we are looking for an Operational Excellence Manager Plant Maintenance.

Within the organization "Site Network Basel/Kaiseraugst", the "Site Reliability" circle designs reliable and sustainable solutions. The "Maintenance Support & Spare Part Solutions" circle, as part of "Operations & Maintain Assets", ensures the smooth operation of the site, buildings and facilities. The advertised position is located in the Maintenance Support & Spare Part Solutions department, which ensures the supply of technical goods in maintenance. This area of work covers a broad spectrum from spare parts procurement and master data management to fully automated small parts and pallet storage and technical, non-destructive quality controls.
The perfect candidate has at least three years of professional experience in process management, preferably in the pharmaceutical environment. The person has a bachelor's degree in economics or engineering and ideally further training in process management. A high affinity for IT and fluent written and spoken German, complemented by good English skills, round off the profile. Furthermore, the person is a positive thinker and person of integrity with strong communication skills. In addition, the candidate strengthens trust within the team through transparency, a proactive approach and an open culture of error. The candidate creates an environment in which the team can independently process and develop tasks, orders and projects.
Tasks & responsibilities:
• Optimization and implementation of processes, including conducting training
• Help plan and shape or implement strategic direction
• Analysis and evaluation of current workflows, structures and collaboration in the circle
• Support of local & global working groups e.g. Spareparts Community
• Operational collaboration in the Circle (support in operational procurement)
• GxP support / SOP processing
• Business support in the Circle (Operations & Maintain Assets)
Must Haves:
• Min. Bachelor's degree in economics or engineering
• Min. 3 years of experience in process management
• Analytical thinking
• IT affinity
• Fluent German and English (spoken and written at least C1 level)
Nice to haves:
• Further training in process management is an advantage
• SAP knowledge ERP EWM
