Office Manager and Compliance Officer
Currently, we are looking for anOffice Manager and Compliance Officerto join our highly motivated and inspired team in Zentiva North Macedonia.
What Would Be Your Main Responsibilities
- Review and coordination of standard and new office procedures, and performance of operational and administrative activities.
- Creating work priorities and ensuring strict compliance with all deadlines and procedures in performing tasks.
- Establishing professional contacts - internal (with the administration and employees of the company) and external (with suppliers of office supplies, couriers, travel agencies, hotels, etc.)
- Organizing meetings, round tables, seminars, etc.
- Coordinating and planning office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment and furniture; deliveries, forms, parking, maintenance, cleaning, security, etc.
- Maintaining a list of necessary office supplies and their timely provision (copy paper, toner for all printers, fax and copier machines, drinks, coffee, etc.)
- Makes translations, prepares and forms various material and official documents, developments, projects, etc.
- Responsible for certifications (apostille and legalization and notarization) for certain company documents, submission, and receipt of documents from various institutions.
- Organizing visits of employees from the central office of the company and branches (meeting, hotel reservation, organization of business meetings).
- Keep confidential the information that has become known in connection with the work performed.
- Acts as a Compliance officer - maintaining and overseeing effective compliance program; ensuring an adopted version of global training materials; preparing a monitoring plan/to conduct a risk assessment, monitor the riskiest areas (based on the risk assessment), preparing the report and present it to local compliance committee/mgmt.
- Performs other duties assigned by the management of the company related to its work.
We Need You To Have
- Education:Higher education, bachelor's degree
- Occupational experience:Previous experience in a similar position
- Competency:Very effective organizational skills; Communication with Internal/external client experience; Proactive.
- Other skills:Fluency in English; computer skills including MS Office applications
