Office 365 System Administrator

At the heart of the IT/Digital department of a well-established company in the pharmaceutical industry, you will strengthen the team as a:
Office 365 System Administrator
Provide technical support through regular client interactions, documenting new requests, managing these requests, delivering solutions, and providing end-user guidance to help users optimize their use of computerized systems.
Participate in operational activities throughout the company worlwide (remote access)
Ensure the 1st, 2nd and 3rd level of technical support for application and desktop issues
Carry out the system and infrastructure maintenance
Accompany employees onboarding, as well as off boarding
Work together with third party vendors and suppliers
Comply to internal procedures and participate in the technical documentation
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT and 1st / 2nd / 3rd level of tech support
- Proven experience in Office 365 Administration, Windows 10, Network administration
- Good knowledge of Active Directory (GPO), SharePoint Online, SCCM/Intune
- Excellent Prioritization and Time Management skills
- Excellent communication and relational skills
- Fluent in English
- French is a plus
- Start date: The sooner the better
- Contract type: Temporary contract - 3 months (extension possible)
