Position summary
The challenging position is set in a sales environment and entails providing general administrative support to the VP OEM Business and his global team. You will have a crucial role in sales admin management by tracking orders and shipments, assistance in forecasting and sales analyses. You will be personally and directly in contact with large international customers.
You will also manage the day-to-day administrative activities, which will include organizing international and local meetings, making travel arrangements and coordinating workshops and teleconferences. You will also take over general administrative tasks, e.g., correspondence, producing presentations and taking meeting minutes as well as various other assigned requirements needed for business continuity. The global responsibility through all time zones asks for flexibility in arranging your workday independently depending on the current needs.
Requirements
You have a Commercial diploma (e.g., KV or equivalent) or education, several years of experience, preferably in a sales and/or planning environment, and have an excellent command of English and German, as well as a good sense for numbers. Your communication and organizational skills are excellent, you are able to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently, without losing control of the details, and you enjoy working as a team-player in an international environment. Proficiency in using MS office applications, especially advanced experience with Excel, is required. Oracle Knowledge would be a plus. Due to the global scope, this position requires a high level of flexibility with regards to working hours.
The position is located in Zurich-Regensdorf, Switzerland.
