What to Expect:

• Execute work orders by establishing network infrastructure, B2B services, and other network-related tasks using the designated tools.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality network documentation to stakeholders.
• Oversee and maintain the availability of technical network resources, such as IP addresses and VLAN numbers, that fall under the responsibility of the network documentation team.
• Provide support to the Network Engineering departments on all matters related to documentation.
• Develop or revise relevant processes and lead initiatives for digitalization and other enhancements within the network documentation domain.
• Assist Network and B2B Units in optimizing current processes and defining new guidelines related to network documentation.
• Contribute to various network projects, representing the Network Documentation team's interests on all documentation-related issues.

Your qualifications:

• Educational degree of HF or FH in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or computer science or
• a minimum of 2 years of experience with optical transmission technologies (xWDM)
• Strong technical understanding of telecommunication networks, IP/MPLS, and optical transmission technology, with the ability to grasp complex systems and interrelationships
• Experience working with Cramer and/or Netcracker
• Knowledge of or experience with IP/MPLS and xWDM management systems
• Fluent in English, German is an advantage
