Über diese Position:

Als Leiter des nationalen Vertriebsteams von Uro-Onkologie bist Du darauf spezialisiert, Einzelpersonen zu hochleistungsfähigen Teams zu entwickeln und eine nachhaltige Geschäftsleistung zu fördern. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Mitgliedern des Markenteams gestaltest Du aktiv unsere Markenstrategie, um eine ausgezeichnete Vertriebsperformance sicherzustellen und kontinuierlich Verkaufsziele zu erreichen und zu übertreffen.

Das können Sie bewirken:

• Der NSBL spielt eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Definition und Umsetzung der Vertriebsstrategie für Astellas, insbesondere im Bereich der Uro-Onkologie, und arbeitet eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um das Ansehen des Unternehmens als vertrauenswürdiger Partner auf dem Markt zu stärken.
• Du bist verantwortlich für die Leitung und Motivation des nationalen Vertriebsteams im zugewiesenen Indikationsbereich und stellen sicher, dass dieses auf die Ziele und Zielsetzungen des Unternehmens ausgerichtet ist.
• Der NSBL überwacht die Entwicklung und Umsetzung effektiver Vertriebs- und Account-Management-Strategien durch gründliche Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Kundenanalysen in Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams.
• Du legst Vertriebs-Key-Performance-Indikatoren (KPIs) fest, überwachst kontinuierlich die Vertriebsleistung und erstellst aufschlussreiche Berichte, um die Entscheidungsfindung und die Ergebnisoptimierung zu fördern.
• Durch regelmäßige Bereitstellung von Markt- und Kundenfeedback trägt der NSBL zu strategischen und operativen Planungsbemühungen bei. Zusätzlich arbeitest Du als Mitglied des Markenteams bei der Planung und Durchführung von Vertriebs- und Marketingkampagnen zusammen und identifizierst und verfolgst neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten im Bereich der Onkologie.

Essenzielle Kompetenzen & Erfahrung:

• Um die Marke effektiv zu positionieren, ist ein umfassendes Verständnis der Dynamik des Hämatologie marktes erforderlich, einschließlich Wettbewerbern, Trends, Vorschriften und Vergütungsrichtlinien.
• Es wird eine nachgewiesene Führungskompetenz benötigt, um Verkaufsteams zu leiten und zu motivieren, klare Ziele zu setzen und in verschiedenen Regionen Ziele zu erreichen.
• Ein nachgewiesener Erfolg bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer Vertriebspläne zur Steigerung des Umsatzwachstums und der Marktanteilsausweitung in der Onkologie.
• Außergewöhnliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sind erforderlich, um starke Beziehungen zu Stakeholdern aufzubauen und den Wertvorschlag der Marke effektiv zu vermitteln.
• Ein ergebnisorientierter Ansatz mit starken analytischen Fähigkeiten ist erforderlich, um Verkaufsdaten zu interpretieren, Trends zu identifizieren und Vertriebsstrategien für maximale Wirkung zu optimieren.
• Die Fähigkeit, professionell und effektiv auf Englisch auf Businessniveau zu kommunizieren, ist von entscheidender Bedeutung in dieser Position.

About This Job:

As the leader of the Uro-Oncology national sales team, you’re dedicated to nurturing individuals into high-performing teams, driving sustainable business performance.

You will be collaborating closely with brand-team members shaping our brand strategy to ensure excellent sales execution, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Activities:

• Play a pivotal role in defining and executing the Sales Strategy for Astellas, particularly in the Oncology sector, collaborating closely with other departments to bolster the company's reputation as a trusted partner in the market.
• Responsible for leading and motivating the national sales team within their assigned indication field, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Oversee the development and implementation of effective sales and account management strategies by conducting thorough market, competition, and customer analyses in conjunction with cross-functional teams.
• Establish sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), continuously monitoring sales performance, and generating insightful reports to drive decision-making and optimize outcomes.
• Provide market and customer feedback, contributing to strategic and operational planning efforts. Additionally, as a member of the brand team, you will collaborate in the planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns, while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the oncology sector.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

• Comprehensive understanding of oncology market dynamics, including competitors, trends, regulations, and reimbursement policies, to effectively position the brand.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing and motivating sales teams, setting clear objectives, and achieving targets across multiple regions.
• Proven track record in developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market share expansion in oncology.
• Exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively convey the brand's value proposition.
• Results-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities to interpret sales data, identify trends, and optimize sales strategies for maximum impact.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in English at a business level.
