Nanny for Private Family - October 2024 - Native Swiss German or English
A family residing in Geneva is seeking a reliable and experienced nanny to care for their 8-month-old baby from October 2024.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the baby's safety and well-being at all times
- Prepare and feed meals appropriate for the baby’s age, ensuring a balanced diet
- Manage the baby’s nap times, adhering to their sleep needs and routines
- Provide engaging and educational activities, such as sensory play, reading, and age-appropriate interactions
- Encourage exploration and outdoor activities while maintaining vigilant supervision
- Offer affectionate care and support the baby’s emotional and social development
- Perform light household chores related to the baby, such as tidying up play areas, washing bottles, and doing baby laundry
- Occasionally assist with their 6-year-old son in the late afternoon or during specific activities as needed
- EU/Swiss Passport or Swiss Permit
- Previous experience as a nanny
- Previous experience with young children
- First aid certification
- Languages required: Native Swiss German or English
- A gentle, responsible, and organized individual
- Patience and a caring nature to attend to the needs of the children
- Long-term contract
