Position Summary

As a Material Recipe Management Specialist, you will support the Market/Business in their expertise area, ensuring compliance with Materials and Recipe Management processes and Corporate Standards. This includes managing the portfolio of raw material specifications and/or Recipes at the Market/Regional level and identifying opportunities for simplification. You will also assist in developing functionalities for compliance by design implementation and take ownership of the process for the recipe portfolio, supporting Category Technical Application Groups and Application Groups.

A Day in the Life of a Material Recipe Management Specialist

• Support I&R pipeline for Nutrition and other businesses' products on Material & Recipe Management processes implementation.
• Ensure right first time and on-time product launches.
• Master and approve all dairy ingredients/recipes and product specifications in portfolio.
• Identify and champion initiatives for business growth through recipe and ingredient optimization.
• Act upon areas of improvement for Recipe Management and Compliance Assessment
• Ensure Nestlé and external MRM standards are communicated and applied.
• Serve as primary partner for business, regulatory, operations, quality, R&D, and Nestrade for ingredient and recipe inquiries.
• Monitor KPIs, data quality, and workflow processes for continuous improvement.

What will make you successful

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Innovation or Operations within the market, with a specific focus on managing Raw Materials, Recipes, Finished Products, and Compliance.
• Previous experience in the market, either in Technical & Production or Supply Chain roles, or in R&D roles such as Projects or NPTC MRM function.
• Familiarity with Purchasing Specification, Raw Material Specification, and Recipe creation in SAP-RM.
• Strong decision-making and analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in English.
