We are recruiting an
Groups & Events Coordinator to join our Groups & Events Team.
The Groups & Events Coordinator reports to the Groups & Events Director and collaborates with the Groups & Events Managers.
He/she is responsible for coordinating the department's activities with the other departments (banqueting kitchen, banqueting service, reservations, reception, etc.) and for monitoring requests, offers and contracts with customers.
The Groups & Events Coordinator is responsible for meeting the budgetary targets set by the Groups & Events Director and for taking the necessary action to achieve these targets.
The Coordinator is responsible for building customer loyalty by offering them complete satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
Fluent in French and English.
Open-minded with good time-management, organization and communication skills, diligence and commitment.
Ability to keep a positive attitude Ability, to be creative and responsible.
Commercial aptitude and customer and results-oriented.
Team player.
Problem-solving attitude.
Previous experience preferably in a similar position and in the luxury segment, familiar with hotel environment.
