Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Super User

We are looking for a person who is enthusiastic about building and developing this new organization with us, with a potential to grow into more significant roles within the IT department.

We are seeking a highly skilled MS Dynamics F&O Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a super user of MS Dynamics F&O, possessing several years of experience with the tool. This role is critical in helping us implement and develop the MS Dynamics solution on a global scale.

Key responsibilities

  • Customize and develop MS Dynamics F&O solutions worldwide
  • Collaborate with external consultants to ensure seamless integration and implementation of MS Dynamics solutions
  • Lead development projects to enhance the functionality and efficiency of the MS Dynamics F&O system
  • Perform System testing, debugging, and issue resolution 
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides for the finance and supply chain modules
  • Train and coach end users on how to use the system effectively and efficiently
  • Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices of MS Dynamics 365 and related technologies

Qualifications 

  • At least 3 years of experience as an MS Dynamics 365 F&O user
  • Experience in IT or a tech enthusiast eager to enhance their IT development and coding skills moving forward
  • Comprehensive expertise in finance, logistics, and business operations
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of business and financial workflows in the context of ERP systems
