[Summary]

Responsible for managing company’s centralized key Data Base & Contracting and building customer centric business dashboard to provide business insights to the stakeholders. Developing Data Analytics and Digitalization capability at the company with productive customer relationships. Leading CDC meetings with relevant departments to conduct the due customer screening process.

[Responsibilities]

1. Data Base Management & Business Dashboard Development

• Manage the integrity & accuracy of centralized data.
• Identify further centralization & standardization opportunities
• Develop Insightful Business KPI dashboard in line with BU needs

2. Customer Contract Management

• Develop Customer Contract contents in coordination with relevant departments and set up a set of standardized Customer Contracts
• Execute Customer communication and contracting activities
• Review Customer Contract status and ensure integrity of contract contents as per internal & external compliance requirements

3. Digitalization & Process simplification

• Accelerate Digital readiness of the company
• Explore automation of company’s process utilizing Tableau, Excel or any other equivalent tools.

4. Lead CDC meetings

• Conduct customer screening meetings in coordination with relevant departments
• Enhance the quality of CDC reviews to meet the purpose

[Requirements]

1. Education

• Business/Trading or related qualifications are preferred but not mandatory
• Computer literacy / Software Literacy - experience with Excel, Word, MS Outlook
• Digital savviness

2. Networking & Communication

• Maintains strong internal network and systematically builds external contacts.
• Demonstrates sound judgment in determining the relevant internal and external stakeholders to include in networking
• Develops and implements a range of strategies to establish and maintain networks

3. Relationship Building / Management

• Creates genuine partnerships, interacts confidently and employs strong listening and questioning skills.
