Mechanical Engineer
What are we looking for? A talented Mechanical Engineer who will be responsible to create, design, assemble, and build prototypes and products parts based on client’s ideas and material provided by the engineering/design department.
How to be successful in this position? With the team you will be responsible design through SolidWorks, prototypes and products parts based on client’s ideas and material provided. You will interpret the specifications from the Business development department and identify the needs in terms of internal tooling for the realization of the prototypes/products. If necessary, you will obtain or make the necessary tooling. You will document the design phases of the tooling and prototyping and keep the documentation up-to-date.
You will carry out assembly and tests on the prototypes, and systems produced, ensure timely delivery and participate in their validation. You will take part in measurements and adjustments and will maintain equipment and workstation clean and ready to use.
What do you need to be instrumental in this role? A degree (Bachelor or Master) in the field of Microtechnique engineering or equivalent, and a relevant hands-on experience of at least 3 years in fast prototyping environment and/or product development. You are proficient with SolidWorks and have an excellent knowledge of the PDM. You have a very good command of French and English. An experience working in a start-up is a real plus.
