Materials Planning Manager
Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and innovative individual to lead our raw material planning team for cancer vaccines. As a team leader, you will be responsible for optimising supply chain processes, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery readiness of raw materials and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the raw material planning team.
- Coordinate activities with local and global partners including production, purchasing, suppliers, third-party logistics providers, quality, and finance teams.
- Handle escalation management.
- Oversee the life cycle management of materials.
- Develop, improve, and document supply chain processes in the GMP environment, including tools and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide operational support to your team when needed.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Degree in supply chain management or relevant training with comparable professional experience.
- Experience in material planning and operational purchasing; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Leadership experience is desirable.
- High degree of responsibility, flexibility, and an independent way of working.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and good IT skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
