What does Master@IBM offer you?
Within the scope of the 2-3 year Master@IBM program, we offer valuable professional experience in the area of a technical department, which you will gain in parallel to your studies. You can complete the master study course at a university (or university of applied sciences) of your choice. The duration of studies depends on the respective university and is between two and three years. The volume of work allows you to focus sufficiently on your master's degree. Nevertheless, you can expect challenging assignments in a team-oriented and dynamic environment as well as many opportunities for active co-determination. You will also write your master's thesis in collaboration with your department.

For our in-job master's program, we are looking for highly-motivated students from business information systems/computer science or similar. If you like to work in a team, work solution oriented and have good analytical skills and last but not least love to be challenged and learn something new every day then we are looking forward to receiving your application.

As a Master@IBM Technology Expert Labs Sales you’ll work closely with clients to develop relationships, understand their needs, earn their trust and show them how IBM’s industry leading solutions will solve their problems whilst delivering value to their business.

You will work closely together with our sales team in managing a dedicated client set and defining, confirming, and communicating the differentiated value of IBM’s technology at both the technical and business level.
Your responsibilities will cover the entire sales cycle, from identifying an opportunity and developing it, creating a proposal, to obtaining the customer's signature.
During proposal creation, you will work also closely with the delivery consultants to find the optimal solution for our customers. You will learn to independently create various contract forms and master all required IBM processes and tools. Additionally, you will be available to your customers as a point of contact during the post-sales phase to ensure the sustainable maintenance of customer relationships.
After an intensive onboarding period and completion of internal sales training with corresponding certification opportunities, you will also have the chance to take on customer responsibility independently.
